You have been compromised...Abort Mission...Destroy Phone!!

Bob Corker is some republican politician running for office in TN.  He has this ad on television where he says something like every life is sacred and how he is pro-life and it just rubbed me the wrong way...

Are they no longer sacred after they are born?
They don't believe in abortion but they don't want to support prenatal care for poor women, they don't want to adoption these kids, they don't want to support child care or early education, they don't want to provide medical care for these children, they don't want to assistant their families at all, they don't want to increase the minimum wage for their parents to support them on, they don't want to education these children....and the list goes on and on

It seems to me the only thing that some people are comfortable doing for poor kids is incarcerating them when they almost inevitably get in trouble.

I have never had to deal with the issue of abortion personally but I can imagine that it is a very difficult decision to make.  To admit that you are lacking in some way has got to be difficult. 

As for the argument that the people that have abortions are using it as birth control and not being responsible...Ok, so lets punish the "sacred" children...I mean, if these people are so irresponsible, should they be raising kids?
